SEE360â„¢ Snapshot

A Quick, Group-Level Pulse on How Your Youth Are Doing

The SEE360 Snapshot is a simple, powerful way for programs to understand how their young people are feeling across key areas of wellness, connection, and readiness. It is designed to be fast, youth-friendly, and easy to use — giving programs a high-level look at their group without requiring extra staff time or complex reporting.

Every program that applies to the FYI Awards receives a free SEE360 Snapshot as part of the FYI ecosystem.

What the SEE360 Snapshot Is

The SEE360 Snapshot is a quick pulse check, not a full assessment.

It provides a single-page, color-coded overview showing how your youth scored across SEE360’s domains. It’s designed to help programs understand:

  • Where young people are thriving
  • Where they may need more support
  • How the group is feeling overall
  • Which areas may be worth paying attention to

It is not diagnostic, not clinical, and not interpretive.
It simply gives a clear snapshot of youth experience — nothing more, nothing less.

What the SEE360 Snapshot Includes (Free Version)

Programs receive:

A ONE-PAGE, COLOR-CODED OVERVIEW
This includes:

  • Group percentage scores (overall trends)
  • Highest and lowest scoring domains
  • A quick visual of where youth responses fall
  • Basic completion information

No individual youth breakdowns
The Snapshot is group-level only.
Individual youth do not receive personal score reports.

No interpretation, no recommendations
The Snapshot shows what young people reported — not why or what to do next.

Optional 10–15 minute verbal debrief
For programs who want brief context or explanation of the Snapshot layout.

Bonus points toward FYI Awards scoring
Programs who complete the SEE360 Snapshot automatically strengthen their FYI Awards application.

How It Works

  1. Youth complete SEE360 sections at their own pace
    SEE360 includes 12 simple sections.
Youth may complete any number of sections — all are counted equally.
  2. Responses automatically compile into a group overview
The Snapshot generates one score per domain, shown as percentage levels.
  3. Programs receive their Snapshot
Delivered as a clean, easy-to-read PDF or visual page.
  4. Programs may (optionally) request a brief verbal overview
No written interpretation is part of the free Snapshot.

What the SEE360 Snapshot Answers

✔ What are students saying right now?

✔ Where are the highest and lowest domains?

It does NOT answer:

✖ Why are these scores happening?

✖ What actions should we take next?

✖ What individual students are experiencing

Those deeper questions belong to the full SEE360 Insight Report, which is separate and not part of the FYI ecosystem.
